Shipping policy

 

Thank you for standing with Israel through your purchase from our online store. Keep reading for details regarding shipping, returns, refunds.

If your product arrived broken or damaged:

Sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If you have a product that arrived broken or damaged, please click here to file a damaged product claim. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we will need you to submit photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Product(s) Missing from Order

If a product you ordered is missing from your package, let us know, and we will ship the same product to you, no charge. Also, please let us know if it appears the package may have been tampered with during transit.

If we accidentally sent you the wrong product

If we accidentally sent you something different than what you ordered, please contact us right away. We'll get the correct product on its way to you as soon as possible. We'll also send you a prepaid return shipping label to send the incorrect product back to us. 

If You’re Not Satisfied With Your Order

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a refund or store credit.

For a refund:

For non-perishable, or unopened food or cosmetic items we will give you a full refund under the following conditions: 

  • A request must be submitted within 30 days of your order.

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

  • You agree to send the item back and pay for the return shipping cost.

For Store Credit:

For opened food and cosmetic products, we offer store credit for the product price (excluding shipping costs). Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order.

Free Shipping for orders totaling more than $125

We offer free shipping for orders totaling $125 or more, to the lower 48 US states. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories have higher associated shipping costs based on the size of the order. 

Changing Your Shipping Address

Our hard-working shipping team does its best to get your orders out right away. If you would like to make a change to your address, let us know as soon as possible. Once your order is out the door, however, we are unable to change the destination.

Cancelling Your Order

Please note we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, it can take time for your bank to process the refund. Most of the time, it takes no more than 5 days; please let us know if it’s been more than 10 days.

For Destinations Outside the United States

We ship Israeli products all over the world from the United States. Unfortunately this increases the risk of orders arriving damaged or lost. We do our best to make sure your orders will get to you in a timely manner, packaging them well and including necessary documentation for customs.

We want you to be aware that you may be required to pay duties and tax fees before
your package is released from customs in your country and delivered to you. The fees
are determined by the duty rate and overall cost of the parcel, along with taxes such as
VAT (Value Added Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) if required. There could
potentially be a processing fee from your selected carrier service as well.

Note: This is not a BlessedBuyIsrael charge. We recommend researching your specific
country’s customs fees, taxes and regulations so you can be prepared for any
additional costs.
